Barbara serenades adoring fans at the 1998 Tuskegee Cityfest whereas upon the mayor's request she returned two consecutive years for headlining performances at the city's largest beautiful and historic annual celebration.
	Her many other concert performances have included the popular Houston International Festival and the prestigious Hotel Galvez.
